About SINQ Labs

About SINQ Labs

SINQ Labs provides managed AI agents for operators. We deploy ZoeOS managed agents into workflow-heavy operations and co-build AI-native applications when a workflow needs one.

We deliver finished AI ops work: agents that do the routine work, with people approving anything that touches money, contracts, or HR. You bring the workflow and distribution. We bring product, engineering, and governed execution.

What we work on

The SINQ Formulas

Every business runs on the same core functions. We map them into 8 families and 117 formulas, each a realistic AI agent workflow: it reads your systems, does the routine work, and reports back. Anything that touches money, contracts, or HR is prepared for a person to approve.

What SINQ Labs does

Strategy, implementation, and managed operations belong in one delivery loop. We enter where your team is stuck and carry the work through launch.

Build: AI-native apps and ventures

Co-build a product, platform, or venture around a valuable workflow and distribution channel. SINQ brings product, engineering, AI execution, and commercialization support. Commercial models can include JV, equity, licensing, subscriptions, or revenue share. Typical Build path targets a pilot in roughly 60-90 days.

Operate: managed ops agents

We deliver and run governed agents inside existing workflows: bots that do the work, not a tool you operate alone. Triage, follow-up, reporting, coordination, and review sit inside current systems. SINQ monitors, maintains, tunes, and expands under scoped rules, with defined escalation paths and measurable outcomes. First value often targets 1-2 weeks when access and ownership are clear.

ZoeOS managed AI agents

ZoeOS is how we deliver the Operate path: named agents designed, deployed, integrated, and continuously managed inside your existing systems. Each agent has scoped workflows, human governance, monitoring, and measurable outcomes. ZoeOS is a managed service, not a product you buy to run alone.

AI consulting and implementation

We help operators identify high-value workflows, implement governed AI systems, integrate them with existing tools, and manage them over time. Consulting identifies the problem, risks, and expected value. Implementation turns that plan into a working system in operations. For Tampa Bay and statewide Florida framing, see our local consulting pages.

What makes SINQ Labs different

Compared with generic AI agencies and pure staff-augmentation shops, we optimize for finished ops work under clear ownership.

An assessment before a pitch deck

We start with a free assessment conversation to learn the workflow, owner, and urgency, then a Partner Fit call if there’s a fit. We decline chatbot-only shopping, long procurement with no sponsor, and generic IT tooling requests without a workflow owner.

Build or Operate, not one forced product

Generic agencies often sell a single delivery shape. We help you choose: Build when the workflow deserves a product or venture; Operate when you need measurable help in the system you already run.

Accountable delivery vs pure staff-aug

Pure staff-augmentation adds capacity without owning outcomes. SINQ stays accountable through implementation: scoped rules, escalations, and a clear path from Fit to governed operations.

In-market portfolio, not demos alone

The In market section on our homepage shows products and ventures already operating in real environments, including medical ops, diligence, property incident ops, manufacturing coordination, and ZoeOS managed agents.

Who uses SINQ Labs

Example markets and operator profiles already described on our homepage and local consulting pages. We partner when the workflow, ownership, and urgency are clear.

  • Medical / clinical ops - purchasing, inventory, reconciliation, compliance-heavy admin
  • Healthcare delivery ops - clinics / wellness / engagement and retention
  • Commercial property incident ops - predict / protect / respond
  • Investment diligence and research ops - multi-agent research and compliance
  • Manufacturing and supply-chain coordination - throughput and handoffs
  • Florida operators - founder-led from Greater Tampa Bay, available statewide when fit is clear

Typical profile: roughly 10-500 employees, growth or ops pressure, moderate tech maturity, clear urgency, decision cycle under 90 days, and a workflow owner who can pilot with tight feedback loops.

The team behind SINQ Labs

SINQ Labs is led from the Greater Tampa Bay Area. We work directly with operators to understand the workflow, decide whether the right path is Build or Operate, and stay accountable through implementation. When you engage, you work with the people accountable for the outcome.

Peter Quintas, Founder of SINQ Labs

Peter Quintas

Founder

Founder of SINQ Labs. We partner with operators in workflow-heavy industries to co-build AI-native applications, managed agent workflows, and new software ventures. A computer engineer by training, Peter spent 15 years as a CTO before turning to founding companies. He co-founded Nomi, which used machine learning to deliver in-store retail analytics at scale, and later founded SOMA Global in Tampa, the first company to bring 911 dispatch to the cloud. He brings that record of building new categories of technology to every SINQ Labs partnership.

Zoe, Chief of Staff / AI assistant at SINQ Labs

Zoe

Chief of Staff / AI assistant at SINQ Labs

Zoe is the AI Chief of Staff who keeps work moving across ops, growth, and engineering. She runs the day-to-day operating rhythm at SINQ Labs: triaging requests, tracking live workstreams, keeping project boards current, and coordinating the specialist AI agents behind engineering, growth, and customer success. She drafts client communications, schedules meetings, and places calls, while anything consequential stays subject to human approval. Zoe is a working example of the managed agent workflows SINQ Labs delivers for clients.

How we work

From your real pain points to the right formulas. Leave a phone number or email on the homepage and Zoe from SINQ Labs takes it from there.

1

We map your typical week

A short back-and-forth by text or email about how your week actually runs: the work, the tools, and the handoffs. We note where things slip and where there’s room to grow.

2

We name the pains and the opportunities

You get a clear summary in your own terms, ranked by the time and money at stake, both what’s leaking and what you could gain. You correct anything we got wrong.

3

We pick the formulas you need

A plan that matches each pain to SINQ Formulas, then a Partner Fit call with Peter to choose the path: co-build a product, or run agents inside what you already use.

4

We build, run and improve it

We build your formulas into working agents inside your systems, governed by ZoeOS with scoped rules, escalations, monitoring and tuning. People approve anything that touches money, contracts, or HR.

FAQ

Practical questions aligned with our Tampa Bay and Florida consulting pages. Short answers only.

Where is SINQ Labs based, and do you only serve Tampa Bay?

SINQ Labs is founder-led from the Greater Tampa Bay Area. We work with Florida operators statewide when the workflow, ownership, and urgency are clear. Use the Tampa consulting page for Bay Area detail and the Florida consulting page for statewide framing.

What is the difference between Build and Operate?

Build is for co-building an AI-native application, platform, or venture when the workflow deserves proprietary software. Operate is for installing managed AI agents into an existing workflow when you need measurable help now. The assessment and Partner Fit call help choose the path.

What is ZoeOS?

ZoeOS is how SINQ delivers managed AI agents. We design, deploy, integrate, and continuously manage named agents inside your systems, with scoped rules, human checkpoints, monitoring, and measurable outcomes. People approve anything that touches money, contracts, or HR. It is a managed service, not a DIY tool stack.

How do we start?

Leave a phone number or email in the homepage form. Zoe from SINQ Labs will reach out to learn how your week works, names the pain points, matches them to formulas, and if there’s a fit she books a Partner Fit call with Peter.

How quickly can we see value?

A focused set of formulas run on ZoeOS can target first value in one to two weeks when access and ownership are clear. Build engagements target a pilot in roughly 60-90 days. Timelines depend on integrations, data readiness, and decision speed.

Is SINQ Labs a fit for chatbot-only projects?

Usually no. We are not a fit for chatbot-only shopping, long procurement with no sponsor, or generic IT tooling requests without a workflow owner. We partner when there is an accountable owner and a measurable operating pressure.
