Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SINQ Labs ("SINQ Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit sinqlabs.com or request an assessment, including by text message (SMS) or email.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. On the assessment form: a mobile phone number or email address, plus whether you checked the SMS consent box. In the conversation that follows: what you choose to tell us about your business and how it runs.
- Consent records. Whether you agreed to receive texts, the date and time, and the exact consent wording shown to you.
- Public business information. To prepare for the conversation we may review publicly available information about your business, such as your website, business listings, and company profiles. We do not buy personal data.
- Technical information. Standard information your browser sends when you visit the site (for example IP address, browser type, pages viewed), and signals used to block spam and automated submissions.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and run your assessment conversation by text or email.
- To prepare the summary and assessment we share with you, and to offer a call with SINQ Labs.
- To keep records of your request and consent, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the site.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box, SINQ Labs may text you about your assessment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
If you give Peter Quintas or SINQ Labs your mobile number and ask to coordinate by text, SINQ Labs (including Zoe, our AI chief of staff) may also text you about scheduling, meeting confirmations, and project updates. The same STOP and HELP options apply.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example our SMS carrier and messaging platform), and only for that purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, email, SMS delivery, and our internal ticketing and work-tracking tools), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
Automated assistance
Parts of the assessment conversation are prepared with help from AI software operating as "Zoe from SINQ Labs". A person at SINQ Labs reviews messages written by the software before they are sent to you, except for short pre-approved acknowledgement messages.
Retention
We keep assessment records to respond to you and for our business records. We delete or anonymize them 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site and the assessment are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
