These Terms govern your use of sinqlabs.com and the SINQ Labs assessment conversation, including messages by text (SMS) and email. By using the site or requesting an assessment you agree to these Terms.

The assessment

When you submit the assessment form, SINQ Labs will contact you by the method you provided to learn how your business runs. The conversation is time-boxed and may end with a summary, an assessment of workflow pains and opportunities, and an offer to book a call with SINQ Labs. Any time or cost estimates we share are estimates based on your answers, not guarantees. Nothing in the conversation is a binding offer or contract.

SMS program

• Program: SINQ Labs assessment messages.
• What you will receive: texts about your assessment request, including questions about your business, summaries, and scheduling a call.
• Business contacts: if you give Peter Quintas or SINQ Labs your mobile number and ask to coordinate by text, you may also receive texts about scheduling, meeting confirmations, and project updates.
• Opt-in: by checking the SMS consent box on the assessment form, or, for business contacts, by giving us your mobile number and asking to coordinate by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact us at privacy@sinqlabs.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

Please do not submit someone else's contact information, use the site to send spam, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the site or our systems.

Automated assistance

Some messages are prepared with help from AI software operating as "Zoe from SINQ Labs" and reviewed by a person before sending, except short pre-approved acknowledgements.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and assessment are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SINQ Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the assessment.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the site, or the assessment will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
